3. Scope of Services and No Guarantees

Sellers Mint provides strategic guidance, implementation support, and operational assistance based on experience and best practices. While we may reference targets, projections, or past results, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to sales volume, revenue, profit, account approval, advertising performance, rankings, or account safety. All business decisions remain your sole responsibility, and you acknowledge that e-commerce involves inherent risk.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your Amazon seller account, advertising accounts, compliance with platform terms, product legality, supply chain integrity, and financial obligations. You agree to provide timely access, information, and cooperation where required for us to perform services. Sellers Mint is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by incomplete information, restricted access, platform changes, or actions taken by third parties.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Fees, payment schedules, and service terms will be agreed separately in writing or via checkout pages prior to service delivery. All fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made on time and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing. Any guarantees or refund policies apply strictly as written and do not extend beyond their stated scope. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Sellers Mint, including but not limited to strategies, frameworks, documents, templates, videos, training materials, and written content, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use materials solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share our materials without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

This obligation survives termination of services. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellers Mint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill, or anticipated savings. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Sellers Mint in the preceding three months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, or clauses intended to survive termination.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, decisions, suspensions, or policy changes of any third-party platform, even where such changes impact your business.
